SMART DAPPER convened Strategic Planning Workshop for Mental Health Scale-up in Kisumu County: Insights from SMART DAPPER for Patient Flow, Treatment, and Funding on March 8, 2023 at the Grand Royal Swiss Hotel, Kisumu.  We invited representatives from large public health facilities, Kisumu County MOH, as well as non-governmental organizations to contribute to panel discussions, small group discussions, and the development of one-year strategic plans with milestones.   At both the IRT and the Scale-up workshop also had a representative from the National Kenyan MOH as well as our partners from Uganda.
