The Implementation Resource Team (IRT) Meeting took place on March 29, 2022 in Kisumu. In addition to study updates and scale-up plans, we had a panel discussion on how to incorporate mental health services (IPT and fluoxetine) into Kisumu County Referral Hospital and other outpatient MOH departments throughout Kenya. We also had breakout sessions focus on how should we use the SMART DAPPER to scale-up public sector mental health care in East Africa.
