The Implementation Resource Team (IRT) met on Jan 22, 2020 to provide input to the study team. The meeting was attended by Senator Kasanga, Dr. Simon Njuguna, Head of Mental Health Services Kenya, and Dr. Hafsa Lukwata, Head of Mental Health Services Uganda. Drs. Njuguna and Lukwata provided an overview of mental health services in Kenya and Uganda respectively, followed by SMART-DAPPER study overview. There was also group discussions about national and regional scale up, as well as internal and external communication.
